The Pretty Pomegranate

I already wrote about my first experience with the pomegranate, but those seeds are just so pretty, I have to have a Part II. I bought a couple more pomegranates, looked up recipes, read some history, but I couldn’t bring myself to squish those pretty little seeds to get the juice, which is what all the recipes call for. I’d miss that explosion of juice and the crunch of the actual seed, which is edible and where the fiber is. It seems like a waste, ya know?
