What do you do on a quiet weeknight when you are putting off other things like peeling off layers of wallpaper? Why, make peanut clusters, of course!
These are some Oklahoma Spanish peanuts coated in Ghirardelli dark chocolate. And some of the clusters have dried cherries, too. Mmmm! As my mom lovingly told me, if I keep this up, soon I’ll need to start an exercise blog.
This was super easy. I poured the chocolate chips in a bowl and slowly melted them by microwaving in short increments, then stirred in the peanuts and glopped ’em on wax paper. I had too much chocolate for the amount of nuts, so I poured in some dried cherries. Decadent.
