Last night I made some cranberry-goat cheese dip (a delicious recipe from The Oklahoman: goat cheese, pine nuts, dried cranberries, and balsamic vinegar!) and spread it on toasted ciabatta from Harvestyme Bakery.
Earlier in the day my uncle and his partner visited. They brought us a house-warming gift that included some champagne (the real deal!) and some pretty champagne glasses. Thank you, Dean & Carla!
The dip, bread, and champagne was a party in my mouth!
