A couple weeks ago, we made one of our fabulous pizzas. Thinking ahead, we prepared extra of each ingredient and thawed an extra dough ball. After we enjoyed our pizza supper, we made up some “pizza pockets,” baked, and froze them for easy suppers in the following weeks.

They were definitely edible, but next time we’ll add more cheese (Matt is always a bit stingy with the cheese) and spices.

How funny: I’m not allowed to make pizzas (or I choose not to make them) because I’m too stingy with the cheese. Well, Dave can just make them all
Looks tasty! Do you have a good recipe for whole wheat pizza dough? I keep being disappointed in the ones I try.

No I haven’t been able to find a good recipe for ww pizza dough. We’ve been getting it through the co-op. The one time I tried to make a batch, it was real hard to work with and wasn’t as tasty. I would love to get a good recipe though, so please let me know if you find one.
